Counselling and therapy in Central London
Hello and a warm welcome,
Thanks for coming to have a look around.
Feelings of stress, depression or anxiety can leave us feeling stuck in a rut, or in repetitive frustrating patterns that makes it feel we are going round in circles with no way out. Maybe relationships are under strain; seem to keep going wrong or you 'just don't feel right'. Sometimes it is something unexpected that rocks our life, sometimes a past event may keep getting in the way or it can just feel that everyday life is getting on top of us.
Whatever the reason is, you're here because things don't feel right and you would like that to change.
Could you benefit from a confidential space to take some time-out?
... to explore your thoughts and feelings
... find new ways forward
... to get back on a front foot again
By looking at these pages you are taking a positive step towards making life feel different. Trying to disguise the way we feel, trying to ‘soldier on’ and put worry out of mind, has consequences. It is exhausting, and in addition to our own well-being, relationships at home, work and with friends often start to suffer.
These pages give more information on areas I may be able to help with, the way I work and my background. They may answer some questions you have about counselling and psychotherapy. Please contact by phone or email if you would like to check anything further or arrange an initial appointment.
I look forward to hearing from you.
