Feelings of stress, depression or anxiety can leave us feeling stuck in a rut, or in repetitive frustrating patterns that makes it feel we are going round in circles with no way out. Maybe relationships are under strain; seem to keep going wrong or you 'just don't feel right'. Sometimes it is something unexpected that rocks our life, sometimes a past event may keep getting in the way or it can just feel that everyday life is getting on top of us.
Whatever the reason is, you're here because things don't feel right and you would like that to change.

By looking at these pages you are taking a positive step towards making life feel different. Trying to disguise the way we feel, trying to ‘soldier on’ and put worry out of mind, has consequences. It is exhausting, and in addition to our own well-being, relationships at home, work and with friends often start to suffer.
